Project description:

Matarani Port is the main sea port of the South of Chile. The company Phelps Dodge, which is currently developing an important minning exploitation called Cerro Verde, asked the port to carry out an analysis of the conditions to operate the more than 1 million tons of mineral concentrate a year involved in the project.

We carried out the feasibility study, planned the necessary works and elaborated the whole project to be submitted to Phelps Dodge. Afterwards, we developed the preliminary project for the works and carried out audits during their execution.

Currently the study is developing the Master Plan.
