Project description:
Buenos Aires – La Plata Highway is located to the West of Exolgan
Container Terminal, over a 10-acre land originally used by Roca Railway
(Ferrosud).
The project involved construction of railway container transfer
terminal, a bulk cargo transfer terminal, container yards, offices
and networks for power, fiber optic, sanitary and rainfall facilities.
We elaborated the Environmental Impact Assesment of the project.
Before execution of the work, the whole area was cleaned up and
a pre-load embankment was made in order to speed up the substrate
consolidation process.
The project started with the layout design and included all the
civil works: pavement, drainage systems, service and control buildings,
water facilities, power facilities. These facilities are complemented
by Exolgan Container Terminal Facilities and extend its operating
capacity. |
