Project description:

It consists in the development of the project and technical inspection of the works for a multipurpose and container terminal located on the left bank of Estero Salado in Guayaquil.

The project included: operations analysis, layout development, project for the pier and water works, filling for the yards on the estuary, pavement and drainage works design, buildings and facilities architecture, technical specifications for the electrical works, access works in public spaces and all complementary works that composed the whole design of the terminal.

The initial project comprised construction of the terminal with a morning site. Construction of stage 2 is currently finishing. It consists of a second morning front and installation of two container cranes and a terminal outside the port TPG2, which has capacity to store 4,000 tons.

Our firm developed the project for the initial stage and the succeeding widenings, and the engineer Juan Larrague was the Technical Inspector during their development.

In 2010 the firm supervised and controlled the work to mount STS Gantry Cranes.
