Project description:

We developed each stage of the whole project for the car terminal, container terminal, logistic activity center and railway terminal of one of hte most important port facilities of the country.

The firm developed the master plan, operation plans, soil movement projects, pier executive projects, container yards, car yards, buildings, power and sanitary facilities and road connexion projects.

We elaborated the preliminary projects, preliminary and detailed designs, geotechnical and structural engineering and bid specifications for all the projects and we also provided consulting services for the awarding of the work contract, work direction and quality control of of the entire infrastructure.

All necessary steps before competent authorities were taken and all environmental impact projects were developed. We have been with the terminal since the main 130 acre plot was bought and through aquisition of the other ones: 26 acres for the railway terminal and 20 additional acres for the yards, next to the main lot. Other 50 hectareas, for logistical purposes, has been incorporated lately.

The firm has accompanied Zárate terminal since the land was purchased.
