Project description:
The unit Torres El Faro in Puerto Madero is conformed by two towers,
16.5 m height and 45 stores each, joined by intermediate bridges and
a panoramic hall at the top.
Two underground parking levels, two swimming pool and a lot of
amusement facilities were designed. The total surface of the project
is 58000 m2.
Each tower is founded on a concrete cap supported by 64 concrete
piles, 1.30 m in diameter and 38 m long.
The Firm developed the basic and detailed geotechnical and structural
design of all the underground works, including foundation, retaining
walls, parking levels and so forth. |
